Ingredients: 100% Organic black loose tea leaves
Grown in the Northeastern Indian state of Assam at a low elevation (just South of the Himalayas). We blended two teas, one with whole leaves and one finer cut tea to produce a dramatic dark liquor with notes of baking spice and dark fruit with a slightly smoky finish. This tea has a light astringency that can be minimized by keeping the temperature lower.
